When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to run the website and keep it secure. We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial account details. Please don't include it in messages or photos. If photos show people, documents or valuables, please crop them out where you can.
How we collect it
We collect most information directly from you through our website form, by email, by phone or in person. Sometimes we receive it from someone acting for you, such as a property manager, strata manager, builder or real estate agent.

We only share personal information when we need to. This may include:
- our staff and any subcontractors working on your job
- our website host (Vercel Inc.)
- our email provider (Google Workspace), and our file storage and accounting software providers
- our accountant, insurers and legal advisers

We don't sell, rent or trade personal information.
Information sent overseas
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. For example, enquiries sent through our website are delivered by email through servers run by Vercel and Google. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This includes using secure, password-protected systems and limiting access to people who need it.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Enquiries that don't go ahead are generally deleted within two years. Customer and job records are kept for as long as the law requires, which for tax records is usually five years, and for longer where needed for warranty or legal claims.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge to ask. If we refuse a request where the law allows us to, we will tell you why in writing.
